The Teranga Lions are still in mission to win their maiden Africa Cup of Nations title having went close by finishing runners-up in the 2019 edition in Egypt.
Alliou Cisse, the Senegal head coach, has built a solid Teranga Lions team which is yet to lose a game in the 2021 Afriica Cu of Nations finals.
The former Senegalese international will have the likes of Sadio Mane who has proved very pivotal for the team in this competition.

The Stallions have won two matches compared to the Teranga Lions’ three victories, while seven games ended in a draw.
The most recent meetings between the two sides were in September 2017, as part of 2018 World Cup qualification, with a 0-0 and 2-2 draw in Dakar and Ouagadougou respectively.
