ES Setif will face off with Esperance de Tunisia in the 2021/22 CAF Champions League encounter on Friday night.
Kick-off is at 22h00 GMT.
The quarter-final first-leg match will be played at the Stade du 5 Juillet in the Algerian capital of Algiers.
The Black Eagles finished second in Group B and they finished qualified for the last eight of this year’s tournament.
ES Setif coach Redha Bendris is expected to guide the Algerian giants, who are two-time Champions League winners, to the semi-finals.
“We will now have to think about our next matches, starting with that of the Champions League,” said coach Redha Bendris as per SuperSport.
“A meeting that we will try to prepare well with the objective of getting a good result and confirming our merit for qualifying for the quarterfinals of this competition.”
Meanwhile, Tunisia giants Esperance clinched their place in the quarter-finals after winning Group C.
The Blood and Gold Esperance lifted the CAF Champions League trophy in 2019, and are looking to win only their fifth continental crown later this year.
The two clubs from North Africa have met twice in games that ended 2-1 in favour of Setif and the other a 2-2 draw.
The winner on aggregate between ES Setif and Esperance will face off with either defending champions Al Ahly or Morocco’s Raja Casablanca in the semi-finals.
Moroccan referee Radwan Gaid will be in charge of the match between ES Setif v Esperance on Friday.
