Dalian Pro Sign Central Africa’s Manzoki

Central African Republic striker Cesar Manzoki has signed a three-year contract with Chinese Super League side Dalian Pro.

The 25-year-old joins from Uganda Premier League side Vipers SC, where he spent his entire two-year spell at the club.

“Vipers Sports Club can confirm forward Cesar Manzoki has completed a move to Chinese Super League outfit Dalian Pro FC.,” his former club confirmed on Monday.

Vipers  have praised the striker abilities as they hope he can excel at his new club aboard.

“Overall, the Central African Republic (CAR) striker played 56 games, scored 32 goals and was the architect on 15 occasions – a recommendable 47 goal involvements,” the club added.

“Manzoki leaves the St. Mary’s Kitende stable as a top professional, admirable character and a club great for years to come.

“Everyone at Vipers Sports Club wishes Cesar Lobi Manzoki the very best in his future endeavors.”

The former Tout Puissant Mazembe striker on his part thanked Vipers administration for its support during his successful stint in Uganda.

“Dear Venoms, it’s difficult for me to find the right words to say good bye. I will forever cherish the beautiful moments and success during my two years,” read a bit of his message on the socials.

“From the bottom of my heart thank you dad Lawrence Mulindwa, teammates, management, fans and the media.”

Manzoki launched his career when he started playing for Dauphin Noir De Goma for five seasons in the top-flight.

The centre-forward has international experience too as he has scored three goals for the national side.
