The Black Stars of Ghana will face off with South Korea in the 2022 FIFA World Cup on Monday afternoon.
Kick-off is at 13h00GMT.
The Group H is set to take place at Education City Stadium, Ar Rayyan in Qatar.
Ghana succumbed to a 3-2 defeat to Portugal in their opening Group H game which was played earlier last week.
As a result, the Black Stars are placed at the bottom of the Group H standings, one point behind South Korea who played to a goalless draw against Uruguay.
Ghana coach Otto Addo believes his charges will make up for the defeat against the Asian giants and avoid early elimination from the global tournament.
“We will see a very passionate team. We will see the passion which we saw in the last match against Portugal,” coach Addo said at the press conference in Doha on Sunday.
“Training is good so it is making it difficult for me to make decisions and this is really good and I am sure my players will show it.
“I am happy to have a team which is willing to learn and work hard every day to get better.
“We have a lot of respect for South Korea, but we know we can compete with them.”
Ghana will look to their star striker Andre Ayew, who scored their equalizer against Portugal in the opening clash.
Meanwhile, South Korea started their Group H campaign with a goalless draw against Uruguay in a match that was played last week.
Despite failing to find even a shot on target, the Asian giants coach Paulo Bento says he is under no pressure for the match against Ghana, where both teams need a victory after dropping points in the first game.
“I said earlier I do not feel any pressure, I never did and never will,” Portuguese Bento told reporters on Sunday.
“During the first game, we had a chance of at least ensuring a third-place finish. In the second game, we will keep this opportunity… we will enter the field with a focus on a win.
“I don’t feel any pressure whatsoever. I would love the players to feel the way I do, but I know they come from a different culture… We will have a difficult game but we are able to do well.”
In head-to-head stats, this will be Ghana’s first meeting with an Asian nation at the World Cup finals.
South Korea have a mixed record against African teams at the World Cup having met opposition from the continent on three occasions – beating Togo in 2006, drawing with Nigeria in 2010 and losing to Algeria in 2014.
