Kenya’s Gor Mahia will take on CR Belouzidad of Algeria in the first round of qualifying for the African Champions League.
According to CAF draw, K’Ogalo will come up against the White and Reds, who beat El Nasr of Libya 4-0 on aggregate to advance on Sunday.
Gor Mahia, who eliminated APR of Rwanda after a 3-1 beating at Nyayo National Stadium, will play the first leg away between December 22-23, before hosting the Algerian side in Nairobi from January 5-6, 2021 in the return leg.
Gor Mahia are seeking to make it to the Group Stage of the African Champions League for the first time in their history.
Last season, they failed to make it past the second round of qualifying after losing to USM Algeron a 6-1 aggregate.
Tanzania champions Simba, who tossed out Plateau of Nigeria on a 1-0 aggregate, will face FC Platinum of Zimbabwe in the next round.
FC Platinum will be hoping to get even sharper as the tournament progresses given that they had been inactive all year until last week when they visited Mozambique.
The winners will qualify for the Group Stage and losers drop to the African Confederation Cup.
