Andre Ayew Returns to Swansea from West Ham in Another Club-Record Deal.

Ghana international captain Andre Ayew has returned to the Liberty Stadium in what will be a new club record-deal.
After 18 months with West Ham where he has struggled with injuries, Ayew has decided to go back to Swansea and will once again join his brother Jordan who he previously played with at Marseille.

a statement confirmed on the official club website.
“Ayew has put pen to paper on a three-and-a -half year contract at the Liberty Stadium after the Swans agreed undisclosed fee with the hammers”.
In 2015, Ayew scored 12 goals in 34 appearances in his first season after joining the Swans for free from Marseille. The Hammers decided to fork out £20.5 million for his services, (then a club record too) but he suffered a hamstring injury on his debut for the side. It affected his momentum and made the start of life in London a bit more difficult.
The 28-year-old only played 25 premier league games ever since and has only started three games since Moyes took over at the London Stadium. With Moyes allowing him to leave on grounds that he had so many forwards which unsettles the team balance, Swansea were the first to show interest.
The Swans quickly broke their transfer record paying a reported £18 million to get back his services which is a bargain considering today’s market. He joins a rejuvenated Swansea side that just pole vaulted out of the relegation zone with victories over Arsenal and Liverpool. They have so far taken 10 points from 15 under new manager Carlos Carvalhal increasing their hopes of avoiding relegation this season.
