Ismaily have signed Angolan international Ary Papel from Primeiro de Agosto for an undisclosed fee.
The winger, who has 36 caps, has signed a three-year contract with the Egyptian Premier League club and could make the team in Saturday’s friendly against Haras El Hodoud.
“He is an exciting player with a huge amount of potential,” Ismaily chairman Ibrahim Othman told the club website.

In June, Papel was reportedly signed by Zamalek who were said to have paid $2.2 million after the player put pen to paper a long-term deal.
But Ismaily have made it clear that they have signed the winger form Agosto in a deal that was facilitated by Saudi Co-operation Club.
Papel made his debut at Primeiro de Agosto in 2012 and played for the first team in three matches during which he did not score any goal.
In the following season, his number of appearances rose to 13 games but he still failed to find the back of the net until the 2014 season.
In 29 matches, he scored 14 goals in all tournaments, and in 2015 he scored 11 goals in 21 matches, before shaking the net 12 times in 24 games in 2016.
The midfielder scored two goals for Primeiro de Agosto in 11 appearances at CAF Champions League this season.
He made a name in Angola during his stay at Sporting Lisbon of Portugal where he stayed between January 2017 and July 2018.
Left-footed, with an eye for goal, as well as an unkempt mane of hair, he has been likened to former Palncas Negras star, Manucho.
