Nigerian international Victor Moses has signed a two-year extension that will keep him at Stamford Bridge up to 2021.
Moses has been phenomenal for Chelsea ever since manager, Antonio Conte turned to a 4-3-3 formation late last September and has started every fixture since October 1st.

The 26-year-old’s previous deal was due to expire in 2019 but the midfielder has earned himself a permanent starting place in Conte’s side as a wing-back, contributing three goals and two assists in 25 Premier League appearances.
“We’re having a great season, I’m enjoying my football and we have a good manager here that has given every single one of us confidence. I just want to keep on enjoying it and working hard for the team,” he added.
Chelsea Technical Director Michael Emenalo who was present at the signing confirmed the contract saying,
“We are extremely pleased Victor has chosen to extend his contract with us. He is enjoying an excellent season and under Antonio’s leadership, has proved to be an important member of the squad.

Moses joined the blues from Wigan Athletic in the summer of 2012 and was an integral part of both Roberto Di Matteo and Rafa Benitez’s sides before Jose Mourinho declared him a surplus requirement at the time as Chelsea manager.
Moses spent the next three seasons on loan at Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham United before breaking back into the first team under Conte’s management.
His flawless attacking and physical defending coupled with his positioning intelligence, have made the Nigerian a perfect fit for Conte’s formation and a fan favorite at the Stamford Bridge.
