Tunisia international Ferjani Sassi has dropped a major hint that he could leave the Egyptian Premier League giants, Zamalek.
Sassi’s contract at the White Knights expires at the end of the season, although talks regarding a possible extension have reportedly already taken place.
In light of ongoing uncertainty surrounding his future at Zamalek, the midfielder sparked more speculation by claiming that he had achieved his goals with the club.
“I am proud of my stint with the club which is the most important in my life,” Sassi tweeted on Wednesday.

Sassi has been with the White Knights for three years having joined the club in 2018 from Saudi Arabian outfit Al Nasr.
He has been a pillar Zamalek success since his arrival, helping them win the CAF Confederation Cup, the Egypt Cup, the CAF Super Cup, and the Egyptian Super Cup.
The 29-year-old has found the back of the net 16 times and has provided 17 assists in over 100 games with Zamalek. In the current EPL season, Sassi has three goals and further seven assists to his name in 27 games.
His contract with Zamalek will expire at the end of June, and he is currently free to negotiate with any team during the final six months of his contract.
