Mokhtar Belkhiter lodged a complaint to the Luzern-based institution over delay in payment of his wages.

The Algerian was contracted to the Tunis-based side June 2019 but departed soon after, first on loan to Saudi Arabia before returning August last year.

FIFA ruled in the 29-year-old’s favour meaning club African are given a deadline of 45 days to pay 180,000 euros or risk facing sanctions in fines or point deductions.
