Ghanaian wonderkid Mizak Asante is currently being trailed by big money spending English giants among them Manchester City.
The three clubs-Manchester City, Manchester United and Italian side Juventus-are the latest to table bids for the 15-year-old star, who turns out for Ghanaian Division 2 side Golden Kick FC.
His club chairman Joseph Epton confirmed the player is on the radar of the European giants after sending scouts to watch him.
“Before Mizak scored this goal we had already showed his highlights – and those of other players – to clubs abroad,” Epton told Accra based radio station Onua FM via Ghanasocccernet.
“But he was the only player we had feedback about.
“It has come from Manchester United, Manchester City, Juventus and Genk.”
Asante scored a stupendous goal in the play-offs final of the Division Two league against Mobile Phone People on Sunday.
Many believe the goal should be a contender to win the 2021 Fifa Puskas Award, as Asante bamboozled four defenders, before rounding the goalkeeper and smashing the ball into the roof of the net.
Asante has since opened up or the first time since his sensational goal at the Accra Sports Stadium, saying that inspiration from France and PSG Star, Kylian Mbappe is what has kept him going and he is hopeful of becoming better.
“Oh I watch a lot of players but the one I like very much is Kylian Mbappe. I like how direct he is with the ball and his pace as well. It’s Kylian Mbappe I really want to play like,” he noted.
