Nigeria’s Uche Hold Showdown Talks with Algerian Club as Exit Imminent

Former Super Eagles’ attacker Uche Nwofor could leave North Africa after holding showdown talks with his Algerian club JSK Kabylie.

Former Super Eagles’ attacker Uche Nwofor could leave North Africa after holding showdown talks with his Algerian club JSK Kabylie, Ducor Sports understands.
The 26-year-old switched to title-chasing Algerian side Kabylie last July from Rivers United of the Nigerian Professional Football League.
Arriving as part of a project to revive JSK’s fortunes following a near relegation to the second tier last term, the erstwhile Boavista goal-getter has managed a return of just four goals in the league in twelve starts.
Alarmed by this, the Nigerian was summoned to ChaiChai Cheriff Millal’s office on Tuesday evening for showdown talks in which he was reportedly given conditions regarding his retention.
Millal wants Uche firing from all cylinders as they bid to dislodge USM Alger from the table summit with four points between them.
In short, possibility of Nwofor staying put beyond June this year hinges on his form in front of goal as he’s current experiencing goal profligacy having last scored November 13th.
