To say it’s been a rough two years for Victor Moses would be an understatement. The Nigerian winger returned to Stamford Bridge this season after spending two grueling seasons on loan to Liverpool and Stoke City. While at Stoke City, Moses suffered a hamstring injury in a game against West Ham on April 11, 2015 that sidelined him for the rest of the season.
Since his return, Moses has had nothing but praises for his new manager, Antonio Conte for giving him a second chance.
[perfectpullquote align=”full” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]“The manager knows the ability I’ve got and I want to pay him back by working hard for the team and making sure I do the right things on the pitch. I’m here and I’m happy and I want to keep on enjoying my football. “[/perfectpullquote]
Said Moses.
Moses did just that today when he sealed the win for Chelsea against Bunley with just under two minutes remainning in regulation. Chelsea 3-0 victory over Bunley gave Conte his third straight premier league win this season.
It’s too early to make a prediction, but things are looking up for Victor Moses.
[perfectpullquote align=”full” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””] “I’ve always believed in the ability and talent I’ve got. There’s still a lot to come from me for the club. I’m pleased to be playing this season. I just want to keep working hard for the team and hope we can win as many games as we can.” [/perfectpullquote]
