Only thirty fans will be accorded a chance to attend what’s traditionally a fierce but important Egyptian Premier League derby.

Billed for Saturday at the 86,000-seater Borg El-Arabi Stadium, home to Zamalek, Saturday’s encounter is one of African football biggest derbies as Egypt’s two most influential clubs lock horns with a combined 156 trophies won between them.

“Only 30 people will be allowed to enter the game with the referees, from gate 1 of the stadium. They will have to show identity cards while entering the stadium,” Amer Hussein, the North African country’s football league competition boss, tells KingFut.

The outcome of the showdown will go on to determine who leads the table with just two points separating the two sides in the table standings topped temporarily by Zamalek.

Al Ahly have won its last five games aside from the 1-0 defeat to AS Vita Club in the Champions League thanks to player rotation while Zamalek have had mixed results.
