Paul Duarte’s Warning to Senegal: “We’re Coming for the Points!”

Burkina Faso coach, Paul Duarte has issued a warning to his opposing counterpart Senegal’s Aliou Cisse, stating that his charges have their sights on the points when they visit Dakar for the first of a two-legged tie.

The Stallions square up with the Teranga Lions on September 2^nd in Dakar, in what promises to be a thrilling FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 Qualifier showdown.

Duarte said.

He continued, “We know the strength of Senegal, but we have our weapons. Our players are not in Liverpool or in bigger clubs, but individually, each will be ready to give the maximum.

“The quality of Senegal is undeniable. Their line of attack is magnificent, but we also have players who can make a difference at any time.”

The 2013 Nations Cup runners-up top Group D on four points with Senegal second on three points. South Africa and Cape Verde occupy the remaining two slots respectively.
