‘Senegal is a Dangerous Team,’ Says Lewandowski

Poland’s captain Robert Lewandowski has labelled today’s opponent Senegal as a ‘dangerous team.’

The Pole paid particular attention on the African team’s attacking potent that has Liverpool maverick Sadio Mane.

“Senegal is really a dangerous team,” he tells FIFA.com.

“The teammates of Sadio Mané are very good on the attack. When they attack, they do it very fast. They do not waste time when they have the ball. They try to move forward and shoot as quickly as possible,” the Bayern goal-getter notes.

Robert wrapped up the Bundesliga snatching the golden boot and hopes his hunger for the net gets him replicating the goals on the biggest football stage.

the 29-year-old, reportedly being trailed by Chelsea, said.

Senegal will be making a second appearance in the World Cup after the first in 2002 in which Turkey applied the brakes to Taranga Lions’ impressive streak.
