South Sudanese FIFA referee Ring Molang will take charge of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Group “E” qualifier pitting hosts South Africa and Seychelles on Saturday.
Molang, who hails from the capital Juba, will be assisted by countryman Gasim Muder, with Eritrean Berhe Tesfagiorghis serving as the second assistant referee.
The 1530 kick off has been slated for FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
In an interview after the appointment, Malong revealed that he was happy to see his dream come true as he always wanted to be seen on the international stage of the game one day.
“I am happy that my dreams are going to be true because I have always wanted to participate on the international stage when it comes to football,” he said.

South Africa are placed second on the Group E log with four points from their opening two matches of the campaign.
They need to collect at least six points against Seychelles to stand a good chance of qualifying for the tournament.
Libya top the group with four points following their massive 5-1 win over Seychelles.
The 2019 African Cup of Nations is scheduled for June 15 to July 13 in Cameroon.
