Mamelodi Sundowns will be going for the maximum points when they face Lobi Stars in a CAF Champions League encounter at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville on Saturday evening.
The South African giants currently top Group A with seven points after four games, ahead only on goal difference from Moroccan side Wydad Casablanca who they face in Morocco next week.
Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane believes his troops will scoop the three points against the Nigeria side, as he expects their next week against Wydad to be tough.
“Do you want to go to North Africa looking for a result? What does history say about all the South African clubs when we go to North Africa?” Mosimane told Supersport.
”The game is big for us and I always say I would love to win everything but if we look at the titles, we know which one carries the biggest weight.”

”You don’t want to go to Wydad and you need a result,” he concluded.
Sundowns have a perfect record at home in this season’s African competition, beating Wydad 2-1 before hammering Asec Mimosas in a convincing 3-1 win.
The Masandawana do not come into the game in the best form though as they were beaten 2-1 by Cape Town City on Tuesday and before that playing to a 0-0 stalemate at home to Bloemfontein Celtic.
