Tanzania Premier League giants Yanga have fired head coach Luc Eymael for racism remarks against the club’s fans.
Reports emerged this weekend that the Belgian coach made ridiculous remarks describing the club’s followers as ‘dogs and monkey’s’.
Yanga, where Eymael had been the head coach since January, fired him on Monday.
“We have terminated his services to the club with immediate effect,” read a statement released by the club.
“The racist comments expressed are completely unacceptable and a rejection of everything for which Yanga stands.
